Personally, I don’t mind at all if the man I’m meeting is about the same height as me. Aren’t you worrying about it a little too much?
Ah—but when I see questions from younger women criticizing men, they do indeed describe them as short and overweight.
Basically, I think you should offer to meet women from an age group that won’t insult you. But if you specifically like young women, that’s unrealistic, so please give up.

I make offers without checking height, so on the rare occasion a woman shows up, I sometimes think, “Wow, she’s tall.” But it doesn’t matter to me at all.

I barely remember whether I’ve ever made an offer to someone taller than me.
But given your height, the ideal range is around 163–165 cm, so I don’t think you need to worry about it up to that point. I also think being 2–3 cm taller would still be within an acceptable range.
