I’ve actually met the person who answered this. Their responses can be pretty blunt, but they were really comforting in person, and I like them quite a bit. Their friend was kind of a goofball, but very funny, and I like him too.
I’d also like to meet some other people for dinner and just chat.

Basically, the system isn’t designed for members to get to know one another. So if you want to become a respondent in order to make connections, you probably won’t achieve that goal.

I’m a male member who always seems to lose out.
So far, Mac is the only one I’ve met.
I’d imagined someone like Shigeru Matsuzaki, but he turned out to be a perfectly kind, gentlemanly guy—quite different from what I expected.
When Mac saw me, he said,
“You’re exactly as I imagined.”
I felt like he’d gotten the better of me somehow.
