What kind of impression do people generally have of a female college student who’s had extensive plastic surgery? I wouldn’t go out of my way to say that I’ve had my eyes, nose, and mouth all done, but how would people normally feel if they found out? Would they think I’m really into beauty treatments and probably expensive to date?

If money can solve my problems, then I’m fine with that. In the end, other people can’t understand my struggles.

Even if she’d had her entire face done, I don’t think she’d look all that different. Besides, I never knew what she originally looked like, so I probably wouldn’t think much of it.
“Wow, you’ve had everything done?” is probably what I’d say.

If she was unattractive to begin with, I’d think, “Wow, she must have put in a lot of effort.”
If she was reasonably attractive from the start, I’d assume she’s an expensive-looking cyborg.
