Since you’re already a member, I think it comes down to whether there are more Black or Platinum women on the member page you’re viewing who you’d like to make an offer to. If there are two or more Black women you’d like to meet, I’d probably go with: 1. Become a Black member and meet four Black women. If there aren’t any Black women you’d like to meet right now, or there’s only one, then I’d go with: 2. Become a Platinum member and meet 12 Platinum women. Meeting more women could help you become smoother and more appealing on dates as you gain experience, so that might be worth aiming for. You may also have a better chance of meeting someone who matches your preferences by dating more women. That said, if you only calculate the setup fee and annual membership fee, option 2 might let you meet 12 women. But once you factor in meals and other expenses during and after the dates, I can’t help wondering whether 12 dates might end up exceeding your budget.

On another note, are you based in Tokyo? (Or do you travel to Tokyo for work?) From a cost-effectiveness standpoint, it might be a good idea to meet lots of women at an event and choose from there. If your budget is limited, I hope you find a woman who values personality and will treat you well.
