Inconsistent Job Title Formatting in Profiles

I often want to reach out to people in a particular profession, but there are inconsistencies in how jobs are listed in the profile section, which makes searching cumbersome. For example, “CA” and “flight attendant” are listed separately. This means I have to run two searches to see everyone. On top of that, some profiles say things like “flight attendant (CA),” and when another variation appears in the main text as well, the same person shows up multiple times in the search results. Then, after clicking, I find myself wondering, “Did I already look at this one?” This is simply a request for improved convenience, but would it be possible to consider measures such as standardizing the way occupations are displayed?
