I’m a member, and lately I feel like there have been a lot more vulgar questions. When did this kind of question start becoming so common? Wasn’t this supposed to be a quality dating club…?

I’m Saito, a column writer♪ As for my answer to the questioner: Maybe it’s because all the staff and writers are replying so seriously? lol From my perspective, I often see answers that may be taking things a little too seriously. They seem almost naively earnest, but anonymous question boxes can also encourage people to escalate when they get a reaction. Maybe it’s a bit like bullying. You react, and they bully you again… > Barebacking, chlamydia, allowance, sex—what’s wrong with any of it? We’re only human. I’d rather avoid chlamydia and other STIs, though. lol

Maezawa here—I’ll answer too. Did the increase in tasteless questions start this month? They’re not really questions so much as people writing about what they want to do, which is why they come across as vulgar. If they were talking about this kind of thing casually, it might seem pretty normal. Sometimes it even turns into a dirty-joke contest. Still, this is a Q&A section, not a casual chat corner, so when posts like that keep coming one after another, it gets a little tiresome. I think I’d much rather see actual questions. Come to think of it, recently there was a man who kept sending the staff tons and tons of similarly tasteless messages—so many every day that we wondered how he could possibly send that many in one day. He was forcibly removed from the site because he was deemed unsuitable as a member. He was a nice person, but you really can’t take things too far. Naturally, it’s perfectly normal to have all kinds of men here, but if someone goes too far, forced removal is still a possibility. It’s unfortunate, but even close relationships require basic courtesy.

The uncouth owner, Kida, will answer. I’m very sorry, but this is hardly a high-quality club. I’m the owner, and I’m vulgar myself. The staff have good sense, but I keep undermining it. I actually enjoy discussing things like chlamydia and going bare in public. Maybe it’s a backlash from the embarrassment of putting on airs and labeling ourselves an “upscale dating club for the wealthy.” What exactly counts as a classy question? What exactly makes a dating club high-quality? I still don’t know. Members and staff alike are struggling and fighting their way through problems where it’s hard to tell right from wrong. They’re trying to break out of the molds of their lives. They’re doing their best. Going bare, chlamydia, allowances, sex—it’s all fine. We’re only human.
