I don’t know how far it’s okay to move an erect penis. The angle of my erection is quite steep (レ←it points even more upward than this), and when receiving oral sex or inserting during cowgirl, I worry about how far I can bend it because it gets very hard and might hurt. No one has ever said it hurt or seemed to be in pain, though. Is it painful to change the angle of a penis?

If we consider straight up to be 0 degrees, even bending it to around 90 degrees shouldn’t hurt, since the bend starts at the base. However, 180 degrees would probably be quite uncomfortable.

A penile fracture requires a considerable amount of force.
Embarrassing as it is to admit, I once hit my erect penis with quite a bit of force and thought I’d fractured it, but it only resulted in a small cut and some bleeding.
So I don’t think oral would cause any problems.
Apparently, the dangerous position is when the woman is moving vigorously on top. So after moving moderately for a while, say something like, “I can’t go on,” and let the man take over the movement.

The penis can move quite a bit. You can probably tell when you’re getting to the point where bending it any further would be dangerous.
Because too much force can be applied through leverage, avoid holding the glans. Instead, hold it closer to the base than the corona. That way, you’re less likely to bend it with excessive force or rub and injure the mucous membrane.

You shouldn’t bend it in the middle, but changing the angle from the base shouldn’t hurt as long as you don’t bend it downward past 90 degrees.
