I’m Maezawa from the President’s Office, and I’ll answer as well.
Our staff’s policy is that consultations are always welcome—although only for matters related to Universe—but I don’t think there’s any connection between that and how many people actually seek advice.
The relationship between the two parts of the question—
“There is ○○, so does that mean △△?”
—seems a little off to me.
Whether or not other people are asking for advice is irrelevant. The club says it’s okay to consult us, so please go ahead and ask.
Perhaps what you really meant to ask this time was:
“Mr. Maezawa says it’s okay to ask for advice, but does the club itself really allow it?”
If you ask the club and they turn you down, please let me know. I’ll look into why they refused.

I think advice about a reshoot would be fairly easy to give.
As for creating a profile that leads to offers, I think that’s more difficult.
For example, suppose someone said:
“You should write something like, ‘I fall for men as soon as I meet them, and I get turned on from the moment we sit down for dinner.’”
Then the man might ask, “Was that comment a lie?”
And the woman might reply, “Yes. A staff member told me I’d get more offers if I wrote that.”
Then the club would get angry complaints from the man.
In the worst case, it could even turn into a demand for a refund of the setting fee.
So when it comes to profiles, our response may end up being fairly general.
Actually, the staff already write the comments to maximize the chances of receiving offers, so going beyond that may be quite difficult.
If anything, I think it would be more helpful to provide information during a reshoot that wasn’t available at the initial interview.
For example, “I actually won an award for such-and-such,” or “After my last interview, I entered this contest and won an award.”
If you provide new information like that, it can be added to your comments, which may lead to more offers.

I don’t know whether I was particularly attentive, but I did respond whenever I received an inquiry.
I assume the other staff members were the same.
Of course, if every member contacted us, we’d be overwhelmed, but I’d actually like to try handling that many inquiries and see what happens.
The question is whether I’d eventually have to say, “We’re overwhelmed, so I’m sorry, but we can’t respond anymore.”

I always tell the women I meet during interviews or reshoots, “If anything comes up or you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out.” But I don’t actually receive that many inquiries...
If the women I’m responsible for simply don’t have many problems, that’s certainly a good thing. But if they’re not reaching out because they don’t trust me, that would make me sad...
Every staff member is different, but I believe most of us sincerely try to address concerns from the women we look after, thinking, “She’s one of the women I’m responsible for.”
That said, replies may sometimes be delayed when we’re busy or outside business hours.

I had been thinking something similar myself. The woman I’m seeing doesn’t seem to communicate with the staff all that frequently.
That said, Maezawa-san used to work at a branch, so perhaps he was particularly attentive when responding to inquiries from women.
I don’t think there’s any convenient profile that will automatically lead to offers. As for retaking your photos, it seems the club will contact you about that, so you might want to bring it up then.
Update:
I asked the branch staff about it while I was making another inquiry. I’ll refrain from giving the exact number of inquiries, but it wasn’t particularly high.
One more update:
However, compared with the number of questions submitted to the anonymous question box asking how to get offers, I realized that the branch does receive quite a few consultations.
