If they’re obviously fake, they’re a turnoff, so yeah, I don’t like them.
Thai go-go bar girls sometimes look like they’ve had balls put in their chests. I think that looks absolutely awful. And on top of that, they’re covered in tattoos. I honestly wonder what they’re thinking, lowering their own market value like that. Are they stupid?
But if you can’t tell the difference from natural breasts, I have no reason to dislike them.

Apparently, breast augmentation is easy for men who have seen a lot of women to notice. Conversely, if a man has only recently joined and hasn’t been intimate with many women who’ve had breast augmentation, he may simply not have noticed.
That said, I had thought implants containing silicone were detectable, but that fat injections were harder to tell. The trade-off is that the fat is eventually absorbed and the breasts return to their original size, but they’re supposedly less likely to be noticed.
For example, with women who are an F cup or larger, a man might notice but say nothing. But with someone around a C cup, it can be harder to tell, so he might ask:
“Did you have breast augmentation?”
and watch her reaction.
With that in mind, it’s also possible that in the questioner’s case, he hadn’t actually noticed. He simply couldn’t tell either way and was testing her.
Incidentally, when it’s obviously breast augmentation, men apparently don’t say anything to the woman.
However, the club once received a complaint. The profile had “Have you had cosmetic surgery?” marked “No,” but after going on a date, the man apparently realized she had breast implants and said something along the lines of:
“There were implants in there. Please be more careful about this.”
I think there are quite a few men who dislike breast augmentation, which is why the club asks about it during the interview.
I’m not entirely sure why, but perhaps they feel that touching silicone breasts is like touching a doll?
I don’t really understand why people are so particular about it, but it does seem that what they care about is whether or not there are implants inside.
Fat injections probably won’t be noticed, but perhaps a very experienced man could still tell.
Also, if a male member happens to be a cosmetic surgeon, he might notice immediately simply because it’s his area of expertise.

I wouldn’t say breast augmentation is always obvious, but you can tell. Even if I notice, I wouldn’t say anything. I don’t particularly mind breast implants.
It’s the same as thinking a guy may have had circumcision—you wouldn’t mention it, right?
