Can anyone climax from mental stimulation?

Universe Club’s Mamiya here. I looked into “brain orgasms” a little. I think they may be related to endorphins, hormones produced in the brain that act like “narcotics.” Apparently, the same hormones are released during a runner’s high, or when people—even those with little sexual desire—feel happy after eating something delicious. Some people say that when their work is fulfilling, their sex drive becomes stronger. I’ve also heard that when someone is under extreme tension, like an athlete, they need sex to release it. If we interviewed people like that, there would probably be a high chance that they’ve experienced the sensation of a brain orgasm… Also, if you say that even orgasms achieved through the genitals are felt by the brain, then I suppose that makes sense. Perhaps the parts where it’s easiest to climax are simply what’s showing on the surface, while the whole body is actually experiencing it. If someone can climax specifically through their brain, could that mean they’re also in a state where it’s easier for other parts of their body to climax? I wonder…
