If you’re in your 30s, there are probably plenty of men waiting to make an offer when the timing is right. When men first join, they may put off making an offer, but I think many still add women they like to their favorites. So there’s a good chance those men will gradually reach out when the time is right. There actually aren’t that many women in their mid-30s and older, so you’re probably less likely to be pushed aside by new, younger members. As for chemistry, men can choose women they’re attracted to, while women only find out after meeting them—so I suppose that’s just how it is.
