Also, roughly how much allowance would she ask for, and what amount would they actually settle on? I’d appreciate answers from anyone familiar with women at that level. (My older sister was a prefectural representative years ago.)

It’s like catching a huge wild tuna at a pay-to-fish pond—you probably wouldn’t feel that happy after paying a fortune for it. Even if you did catch one, it would probably leave you feeling unsatisfied.
