As for the number of female members, we’ve been working for the past three years to reduce it as much as possible.
Three years ago, I called on our team to regularly process withdrawals for women whose motivation had declined, saying, “Let’s have as many women leave as join, and make sure the number doesn’t increase by more than 5,000!”
Despite that, we’ve ended up with 3,000 more members. We’re thinking of reducing the number to 7,000 in the near future.
