I’m a male member who doesn’t live in Tokyo, and I have a question.

I’m Saito, a column writer♪ I’m not trying to flatter them at all, but lately I get the impression that Universe has been increasing the number of staff members assigned to regional branches. (Though it may be presumptuous of me to say that when I only know a few of their branches.) ～I feel like they used to have an atmosphere of “just one person handling an entire region.”～ Since your question seems to involve issues of quality as well, it’s hard to say for sure. But some staff members are locals who know the area and the regional tendencies of the women, while others have transferred in from elsewhere. I sometimes find their staffing structure quite interesting. I imagine you’ve had your share of dissatisfaction with the way things were arranged and with the communication. Perhaps you could try explaining your personality and the type of women you prefer to that branch in more detail? (Sorry if you’ve already done so….) Since making a request for improvement means you still have expectations, I’ll be looking forward to seeing what Universe does in the future as well. P.S. Besides Universe, I’m also registered with four other dating clubs. Compared with those clubs, I don’t feel anything in particular about Universe’s staff. While looking at your post, I suddenly found myself wondering: does the fact that I don’t feel anything mean that I don’t have any expectations of Universe?
