However, I think the newly revised system may be better. The reason is that, judging from the “rule change regarding the branch responsible for setting up dates,” there must have been “multiple serious problems and complaints” under the previous system. I imagine men were more often the ones causing trouble, such as: 1. Complaints from women 2. Intimidating or threatening behavior toward women or staff 3. Unreasonable demands beyond their membership or registration level So I believe they standardized everything under the male member’s registered branch so that the following could all be handled centrally: who the member is, where he registered, and whether his membership should be continued.
