I used to have one, but even seeing her once a month became a chore. The monthly arrangement fell apart after about six months, and it ended up being more like simply handing her money. I don’t have any monthly arrangements at the moment.
These days, I give a woman the amount she asks for once a month on a pay-per-meeting basis, but as everyone has pointed out, I don’t think that really counts as a monthly arrangement.

As for the two people you asked about, I’m sure it varies from person to person, but in my case, it’s 15 for meeting 3–5 days a month, and 20 for meeting 4–5 days a month.
The number of days is pretty flexible. Sometimes it increases unexpectedly if we hit it off over a movie or dinner. That’s one of the advantages of a monthly arrangement. Please decide based on how close you are.
