They may simply be running behind because there are a lot of applicants and the administrative processing is taking time, or for various other reasons. I think it would be okay to wait a little longer. This may be a rather general comment, but in my experience, Universe’s administrative processing is relatively quick. Unfortunately, though, it’s also possible that the result wasn’t favorable.
