Aren’t you going to create a feedback and requests box?

Kida here with a response. For now, we don’t plan to create a suggestion box. Even if we did, I’m not confident we could manage it effectively. We’d likely receive one innovative suggestion or request after another, but our ability to implement them would be quite slow. At that rate, even good ideas would lose their momentum, and I think the number of submissions would gradually decline as well. Please let us reconsider once we’ve built up a little more capacity internally. Recently, our writers and members have been giving such wonderful answers that things have been really lively within the company. As expected, they really are outstanding.

We’ll look into ways to make things easier to read, such as reviewing the categories. That said, we created this space so people could anonymously and casually post anything—questions, opinions, impressions, and so on. In a way, having everyone’s questions, opinions, and comments all mixed together is part of this page’s charm. So it’s perfectly fine to post an opinion or comment instead of a question.
