Some of them I see twice a month, while others are more like once every three months. I’ve been gradually fading some of them out, but they keep wanting to see me, so the number just keeps growing.
I’m sure other girls are juggling around 15 too—they just don’t talk about it.

Women are probably able to do it because they’re more adept at juggling things. If I tried papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), I’d probably end up messaging my wife by mistake and get myself into serious trouble.
Besides, I wouldn’t have the money, free time, or stamina to keep it up anyway.

I wish Fuu could find someone who’d be fine with meeting once every three months too. I feel like they’ll drift away if we don’t meet monthly, so I’m desperately trying to arrange and keep things going once a month.
Come to think of it, the person who asked the question has 11 papas, so I guess they have enough leeway to meet each one once every three months. But having 11 people is kind of a turnoff.
If I leave my monthly arrangements alone, they end up contacting me:

I’d say that’s pretty normal for college students who are actively doing papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), or for those who only work part-time.
A college student I dated briefly before was also juggling around 15 papas.

That was just a figure of speech—I wasn’t saying it was “amazing.” I was saying it’s “not typical.” And by typical, I mean what most people do.
If you only meet once every three months, I personally question whether you can even count that person as a papa (a male supporter)—it feels more like a repeat customer who pays to sleep with you. But if you count those too, then I guess it wouldn’t be surprising to have more than ten.
For reference, I just counted the girls I currently meet and sleep with at least twice a month, and there are around twelve. Even so, I’ve slowed down quite a bit lately. I know I’m not typical—or part of the majority—but I don’t think it’s “amazing.” It’s nothing to brag about. It’s just a personal quirk, really.

Women probably have three to five times as many, and men two or three times as many, as the people they’re talking to. That many may well exist.
If neither the women nor the men has any particular issue, they’ll want to keep meeting, so the number will only increase.
That would happen even if you weren’t the person asking. Up to the maximum number of times they can meet—which varies by person, such as 10 times a month or 2–3 times a day—it really depends on who they meet and how often.
With 10 meetings a month, meeting up to 10 people is possible.
With 60 meetings a month, any number of people is possible.
Whether someone meets the same two or three people or prefers different partners is up to the individual. The former would be dating, while the latter would simply be meeting people—not dating.
