As others have said, there probably isn’t much difference between B2 and C.
I think it would be worth starting by messaging men who have added you to their favorites, or trying something along those lines.
If you only changed your rating from B2 to C once, I doubt the staff would care, and I get the impression that many male members wouldn’t mind either.
Personally, I think changing from A to B1 gives the worst impression.

You may get slightly more offers as a C than a B2, but the difference is minimal—they’re more or less equal in my experience.

If you’ve never changed it before, I don’t think they’ll get upset over changing it just once. However, men can see in your profile that you’ve changed your dating type, and some may view that negatively.
That said, if you genuinely feel comfortable being invited out from the very first day and are okay with something other than dinner only (no intimacy), I don’t think changing it would be a problem.

I don’t think the offers are all that different between B2 and C. Personally, I prefer B2.
More importantly, let’s make the women’s comments stand out by writing them in a fun, engaging way.

Since the same person can’t register under different types at the same time, I don’t think there’s any meaningful way to compare them.
There are probably men who prefer type B and men who prefer type C, as well as men who are fine with either B2 or C.
Some women receive plenty of offers even as B2, so it doesn’t seem that being B2 necessarily means getting fewer offers.
