If they’re only listed on PATOLO, I think your only option is to send them an offer through there.
It seems like, in many cases, people who have left or paused their club membership simply forget about PATOLO.

That’s pretty much what happens.
There are quite a few women like that. They used to be on the club, but didn’t renew there and seem to have renewed on Patro instead. Their club profiles are gone, and they’re only on Patro now.
Lately, I imagine they may be getting more offers through Patro.
