The most recent Black-tier woman I met through Universe Club wanted ¥150,000 per meeting. She had an amazing figure.
And the Platinum-tier woman I’m meeting tomorrow told me beforehand:
“I’d like at least ¥100,000 per meeting. If that doesn’t work for you, I won’t meet you.”
Of course, I’m still going to meet her.
If you can only offer ¥80,000 per meeting, you probably shouldn’t join The Salon in the first place. I mean, what’s the point of joining? There are women at Universe Club whom you’d be willing to pay ¥200,000 per meeting, so wouldn’t Universe Club be enough?
I’ve been continuing to give a monthly allowance to a girl I haven’t even seen in five months, and I give my ace roughly twice ¥80,000 for dinner only.
Rather than saying it’s because she’s worth that much, isn’t the important thing that I have the financial means to pay that much?
Money doesn’t fall from the sky. A papa’s job is to work insanely hard every day, sometimes completely falling apart when business isn’t going well, and still keep pushing so he can give even one more Eiichi—¥10,000—to the girls who entrust themselves to him. Isn’t that right?
If you want to compete at The Salon while offering only ¥80,000 per meeting, I think there would still be women willing to match with you if you told them during the arrangement:
“I can only offer ¥80,000 per meeting, but in return, I’m available whenever you want to meet—ten or even twenty times a month. No matter how long the date is, it will be limited to an hour and a half.”
An allowance of 80,000 yen on a pay-per-meeting basis is basically a nonstarter at THESALON. You’ll be turned down during the membership interview.
The membership requirements listed by THESALON are:
- Age 40 or older
- Annual income of at least 40 million yen (or assets of at least 80 million yen, among other options)
- Able to pay the 1.32 million yen membership fee upon joining
However, they assess more than that.
Naturally, one factor is whether you’re gentlemanly. But at SALON, there’s a standard that someone offering only 80,000 yen in allowance cannot really be considered gentlemanly. (There are other undisclosed criteria as well.) So I think joining would be difficult.
Of course, the standards seem to vary somewhat depending on the circumstances. But if women who have met men who joined in the past complain that the allowance was too low, those standards will naturally become stricter.
That’s precisely why beautiful women who want to register with THESALON gather there. When those women say they’ve met good men, even more good women are attracted.
Then, because there are good women there, men also want to join.
So as part of its brand strategy, it seems only natural that men who aren’t particularly impressive would be kept out.
After all, even Universe used to say that the allowance should be at least equal to the setting fee. So at the Black level, 80,000 yen has to be considered low.
Because there are people on Q&A sites saying they’re doing well with 50,000 yen, it can start to feel as though 50,000 yen is the norm. But those respondents may simply have qualities that make up for the allowance, so I don’t think you should assume you’re in the same position.
For men as well, unless they’re celebrities or have something particularly special about them, the allowance is still fairly important.
For example, prices have risen compared with five years ago, meaning that 50,000 yen has less value now than it did then. And if we assume that a man’s age affects his value, it might be reasonable from that perspective to increase the allowance as he gets older. If so, there’s no reason the allowance should be the same now as it was five years ago.
If the woman is satisfied, there’s no need to say anything. But women generally tend to put up with things by default.
So if the number of women at Universe has been declining, it may be because they couldn’t tolerate the low allowances and moved elsewhere.
If men are acting only with the present in mind, I think there needs to be some indirect involvement in allowance levels as well—not only for the women’s sake, but for the men’s benefit too.
If nothing is done, women will eventually leave because the men’s allowances are too low. Without women, the male members will disappear as well, and Universe Club and SALON could ultimately cease to exist.
The allowance is something the two people involved agree on, so there’s no way to know what amount will work.
After being a member for two years, you should already know that relationships that begin through a dating club aren’t services provided by an adult entertainment establishment, so there’s no price list.
