For now, there are two things you should do:
1. Go straight to a hospital.
2. Contact your papa (a male supporter).
Don’t forget the second one. For now, I think it’s best to keep your message calm and matter-of-fact.

If we’re talking about possibilities, an illness can’t be ruled out. I think you should see a doctor properly.
