I sometimes see women featured on the members’ homepage saying, “I’ve received zero offers,” and I feel it would benefit both men and women if everyone with no offers—or zero introductions—were disclosed in some way. What do you think? Is there some disadvantage to doing so? I understand it would mean more work, thoughw

I’ll answer on behalf of the representative. Having worked hard as a featured girl in the past, this has me feeling excited. I also think the “That’s wonderful” feature offered a lot of benefits to both male and female members. Some branches have already been featuring women who hadn’t received any offers. I brought the idea up with the Chiba branch, and now I’m extremely motivated! I’m going to think through the logistics and see if we can make it clear which female members at the Chiba branch haven’t received any offers. That said, it will probably have to be done manually for now, so there may be some mistakes. Still, I’m going to have them give it a try! Thank you for your feedback.
