Probably not very many. I get the impression it’s about the same as the percentage of women who live with their boyfriends without doing papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan).
A lot of women don’t even mention that they have a boyfriend, so I doubt many would bring it up.
Speaking from personal experience, when I was being intimate with one of my monthly-arrangement partners at a hotel, her boyfriend kept blowing up her phone with messages. She was texting him while being with me, and the sense of taboo was a real turn-on, haha.
It felt like something out of an adult video, lol.

In my case, the sample size is extremely small, but I think it’s a minority view.
If she has a boyfriend, I assume she keeps it hidden, but as the relationship continues, I think you naturally come to realize it.

I’ve been invited into the homes—or at least as far as the entrance—of almost all the women I’ve continued seeing, and I think only a small minority of them live with their boyfriends.
As for the married women I’ve seen, they’re married and living with their husbands.
Based on what I’ve heard from the women, I think they usually keep it from their papa rather than tell him.

I sometimes help women from the club move, sort and assemble their belongings and furniture, or cook for them. So in my case, none of them are living with me.
There are probably some women who live with their papa or have boyfriends, but if we’re talking specifically about living together, I don’t think it’s particularly common.
