Of course. Please let the staff know during your interview, when the photos are taken.
Even if you already understand this, they will probably explain that blurring your face may result in fewer offers, and possibly no offers at all. However, since you’re still young, I think you should be fine.
There’s also the question of what to do if a man considering making an offer asks to see an unblurred photo. If you’re really concerned, I think it would be best to have them tell prospective supporters that you cannot show anything other than blurred photos. However, in that case, the number of offers may decrease even further.
I think it would be better to have the video filmed without showing your face, although you’re free to decide what you prefer. Some men may be interested in making an offer based on your voice or the way you speak.
Also, if your photos are blurred, some staff members may not try to film a video in the first place. So I think it would be better to have the video filmed without showing your face. (They don’t blur faces in videos because of the editing time involved, so the video is filmed from the start with your face out of frame.)

As far as I know, there aren’t any machines or apps that can remove blurring yet, so I think you can feel reassured.
With blurring or mosaics, the original information has been removed. Since it’s difficult to recreate information from nothing, I don’t think it will be technically easy even in the future.
That said, it is possible to fill in missing information with similar information. As future programs become more advanced, they may be able to generate something extremely close to the original, but I think that would still be difficult at present.
Incidentally, there used to be an app called FL Mask (or QL Mask) that applied removable mosaics. The developer was arrested, and I believe an overseas company bought the rights afterward, but I haven’t seen it since, so it may have disappeared.
Naturally, Universe does not use any such software, so you can feel reassured on that point as well.
I don’t think you’ll be deleted that easily either.
It’s okay even if you don’t get many offers. As long as you can maintain a long-term arrangement, it’s basically like receiving offers every day anyway.
I think all you need is to find someone who’s looking for a long-term relationship.
