I’m Shiro Usagi, a new answerer.
I’m not sure why this is limited to papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), but speaking more generally about someone stepping into the underground world to make money:
First, blame yourselves for not being able to give your child enough financial support. People work part-time because they don’t have money. If they did, they wouldn’t think about earning it. Just give them a monthly allowance of ¥100,000.
So if you blame your child, they won’t reflect on what they’ve done. They’ll simply say, “If you want me to stop, give me money,” and you’ll be stuck. If you’re a female member yourself, you can probably understand how they feel.
Unfortunately, there’s not much you can do. Just tell them, “Please don’t do anything dangerous.”

I used to believe that things like that had to be prevented, and that we should build a parent-child relationship where they would never happen. But as I’ve continued interacting with women from the club, my perspective has gradually begun to change.
As we meet more frequently—sometimes every day, or even several times a day—and I hear about their family situations and their relationships and feelings toward their parents and siblings, I feel that my own role in their lives has become established as well. I’ve come to feel that I’ve become a person who is somehow needed in their lives, and who also affects their relationships with the people around them.
It’s not only that I support these women; they, too, support and work hard for someone else. They’ve made me realize that no one lives solely for themselves.
When a woman decides to take action, even in a case where the issue lies simply with her father, I believe she has found a way to overcome the circumstances she has lived through with her family. If choosing papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) is her decision, then even as a parent—or perhaps especially as a parent—I’m beginning to feel that I have no right to stop her.

Of course, you’d keep it hidden from your parents.
I wouldn’t do anything about it.
If someone over 30 were asking a question like this, I might think they’d grown into a pretty boring person—but I still wouldn’t do anything about it.

She’s socially awkward, so I’m really glad she managed to do that.
