Are you about to make an offer? If the meeting location hasn’t been decided yet:
If she’s from Nara, meeting in Namba or Tennoji (or Umeda) should be fine. You can get to Osaka Station directly on the Yamatoji Rapid, so it should be convenient. As long as she isn’t too far from central Nara, it shouldn’t be a problem.
If you’re meeting at a restaurant in Nara or nearby, Wakakusa Nabe seems to be closed for the season now, but Edo-san is also popular with women.
If she’s from the Mie side of Nara, there’s also a place called Meihan Chaya, which you can get to with a short trip.

How about Hotel Nikko Nara near JR Nara Station?
It’s right in front of the station, so it’s easy to find.
Todaiji Temple is also a great spot for a date. There are deer everywhere.
The trick to feeding them rice crackers is to keep moving as you do it. If you stop, they’ll surround you and nip at you impatiently, demanding more crackers.

Nara Park is quite large, so it might be hard to find each other. How about meeting by the hole in one of the pillars at Todai-ji Temple’s Great Buddha Hall?
