For adult dates through an upscale dating club, it seems like everyone uses condoms (I always do as well). What do you do during oral sex? Do you use a condom for that too, or avoid it altogether, or do it without protection only in that situation? If you’re going to have oral sex without a condom, there’s still a risk of catching infections like chlamydia, right?

I don’t use a condom for blowjobs, and I also perform oral sex without one. As long as I can prevent AIDS, which can be fatal, I think the risk of other STIs that can be treated with medication is unavoidable. It’s like COVID: I take precautions to avoid getting infected, but sometimes it happens anyway. What I do is shower and wash with soap immediately afterward, gargle with mouthwash while I’m in the shower, and get tested regularly. I’ve also already found a clinic where I can get tested right away and receive medication immediately if I do contract something.

As for me, I rarely receive blowjobs from women. That’s simply because I’m not very interested in them—I always perform oral sex on my partner, and it’s not because I’m particularly worried about diseases. There’s inevitably some risk of disease in this activity, and it can’t be reduced to zero. I believe people should understand that before getting involved. If you insist on receiving oral sex with a condom, I think you’d be better off avoiding adult relationships in papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan). At non-penetrative adult entertainment venues, such as hotel delivery services, using a condom for oral sex is often the standard, while unprotected oral sex is offered as an option. You may earn more at places like that, and they might be a better fit for you.

If you gently apply alcohol disinfectant, I think anyone with an infection may feel it sting a little. I’ve never tried it myself, but I’d like to give it a try. Also, if you feel embarrassed and turn the lights off, you might not notice symptoms on your penis, so keep the room bright and inspect it carefully.

I don’t use a condom during oral sex, and I don’t use plastic wrap for oral sex on a woman either. I’m aware of the risks. From previous questions, I’ve learned that some women prefer condoms even for oral sex. If a woman I meet feels that way, I’ll respect her wishes and step away.
