I keep opening the Universe Club page at least three times a day—sometimes as many as five. Is something wrong with me?

If you’ve only just joined, I’d say that’s actually not very many. Look through lots of profiles and search diligently to find some great women—those hidden gems. Once you find someone you can meet regularly, you’ll naturally check less often. But eventually, even with someone wonderful like that, the time will come to part ways. When that happens, you’ll find yourself looking through lots of profiles again. That’s the cycle I’ve been through repeatedly, and I enjoy it. I hope you can enjoy it too...

Why do you wonder how he manages to see so many women…? Stop watching from the sidelines and make an offer. I think you should try reaching a state of complete emptiness at least once. It’s starting to cool down a little, so perhaps you should stand under a waterfall and let it wash over you.

When I’m thinking about making an offer, I think it’s perfectly normal—and fun—to look through that many profiles. When I first joined, I probably looked at even more. These days, I only check when I happen to remember, so sometimes three or four days go by, and other times I realize I haven’t looked for three or four weeks. If too much time passes, I even forget my club name sometimes. Keep at it—you may find such a wonderful woman, and someone you’re so compatible with, that you won’t need to make any more offers.

I used to check the site several times a day too, but now I check it much less often. Before, I never knew when a new woman would register, so I’d open the site repeatedly throughout the day. But now, as a Platinum member, new women are posted at midnight two days after completing registration. So I only need to check for new profiles once a day, and I spend much less time on the site now lol.

I don’t log into the members’ site that often, but I check the Q&A box about 50 times a day—I’m addicted. Checking it just three times a day barely counts. I’m sure the regular answerers are addicted too.

Are you asking what illness it is? I’m pretty booked up—I have four dates scheduled next week alone—so these days I only check the site a few times a month. Once you have fulfilling relationships, you won’t really need the site anymore.

Are you a Universe addict?! I find myself opening the question box over and over too! Maybe we’re the same that way. It’s not an illness at all, and if it helps you find someone wonderful, I don’t see anything wrong with it! That said, if there are people looking through the women’s profiles that much, please send them lots of offers! Thank you!

As Maezawa-san said, this is pretty serious. You should probably take a step back and cool your head! In the first place, just looking at profiles won’t solve anything. You can’t move forward unless you make an offer to someone you like and they accept it too. So stop just browsing and make an offer right away!

It’s been over five years since I joined, but I’m still exactly the same. Whenever I pick up my phone, I reflexively check the members-only site. When will I finally be able to move on?

Yes, it’s an illness. That said, most male members end up the same way, so I don’t think you need to worry about it too much. Eventually, the excitement wears off and they leave the club. In other words, they “graduate.”
