I’m considering breast augmentation, but I haven’t discussed it with my papa (a male supporter) yet. To men, do women with breast implants have a negative image? Do they come across as being more experienced?

Given that the natural, refined look associated with papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) tends to appeal to men, it’s only natural that breast augmentation—being seen as artificial—can lower your appeal. That said, if no one notices, maybe it doesn’t really matter. So if you do decide to have work done, wouldn’t it be better to keep it subtle enough that men won’t notice? A woman I met through a club once showed me before-and-after photos from when she had work done on her nose, but I remember thinking, “It barely looks any different.” As many people have mentioned, firmness is said to be one of the telltale signs of breast augmentation. When I watch porn, if someone has an F cup or larger and her breasts don’t fall to the sides when she lies down, I also tend to think they may be augmented. I’ve never personally met a woman like that through a club.

The woman I’m seeing also had breast augmentation, but honestly, I preferred how she looked before. She seemed really happy about it. Her breasts did look fuller and firmer, with a clearly defined cleavage. But since the implants were placed through an incision beneath the breast, the scars looked quite raw. They didn’t feel as nice to the touch, and they felt very artificial. She also seemed less sensitive.

There may not be that many examples to go by, but I’ve never thought breast augmentation looked better. It’s the lack of a natural appearance that bothers me. That said, the technology must be improving by leaps and bounds.

Women may worry about it, but I think few men actually care about breast size. Date ◎ Yume Instead of “it’s not much of a problem,” write “it’s absolutely no problem at all” for her… Your face matters far more than your breasts. Breasts are practically irrelevant by comparison.

P.S. Kamihikōki, Thank you. That’s true (lol). There’s absolutely no problem with not getting breast augmentation.

As Kazu mentioned, I don’t think experience and breast augmentation are related. I don’t have a particularly positive or negative impression of it. However, none of the women I’ve dated has had cosmetic surgery, including breast augmentation, during the course of our relationship, so I’m not sure how I would actually feel in that situation. Also, do you really decide that by consulting your papa (a male supporter)? Unless it’s something he specifically wants, I feel like most papas would say you don’t need to do that. After all, I assume he’s seeing you because he likes you as you are now.

I’m not particularly interested in breasts, so I don’t really have an opinion on it. One of the women I’m seeing has breast implants, but honestly, I don’t even think about it. Experience and breast augmentation aren’t related, anyway. That said, I’m not interested in women who seem inexperienced, so my perspective may not be very helpful.

I’m not particularly well-endowed either, so I’ve thought about getting breast augmentation too! I’ve even mentioned it to my papas, but one of them didn’t really like larger breasts and told me, “They’re more than fine the way they are now” (lol). From what I’ve heard from girls who’ve had breast augmentation, it definitely helps with photos and first impressions, but sometimes people can tell when they touch them and end up disliking them, so apparently there are pros and cons. Personally, I’d like to feel augmented breasts at least once. I’m such a perv (lol).

If one of my favorite girls asks me for advice about cosmetic surgery, I’ll give her money for the procedure on top of her allowance and send her off saying: “Go get beautiful!” I’m a beauty enthusiast myself, so of course I’m open-minded about cosmetic surgery. I’ve even paid for breast augmentation before. I know a great surgeon. Of course, I don’t do this for everyone—only for favorites I’ve been seeing for a long time.
