When someone says a guy is bad at sex, I think it basically means:
No one has ever pointed it out to him, so he can only have self-centered sex. Since his partner doesn’t feel good, he doesn’t get into it either and just keeps trying without being able to finish. As a result, it takes a long time—or at least feels that way.
