While our members would like to be able to discuss them, the club has decided to keep the current rule prohibiting such negotiations. There may be cases where a woman feels burdened—for example, after confirming their feelings during an outing date, going to a hotel without discussing the allowance, and then having an unpleasant experience. If you go on an outing date and the allowance terms cannot be agreed upon, please be sure to request transportation expenses before parting ways. You might think, “Then I wouldn’t have gone on the outing in the first place,” but that would make the experience no different from a cheap dating café, taking away the sense of excitement and possibility. That is why the club has established this rule. That said, legally speaking, private-room conversations are a setting for free romance, so there is no problem with discussing anything you wish. We hope for your understanding as we strive to make Universe Lounge a place where gentlemen and ladies can meet. It’s perfectly fine to leave, and even if you break the rules and agree on an allowance for an adult relationship inside the lounge, you can still leave afterward without any real issue. That’s because it’s all based on free choice. It might leave a bad impression and there’s a risk you could be banned, though. Conversely, even if you follow the rules, agree on an allowance outside the lounge, and head toward the hotel, the papa’s favorite PJ might suddenly message him: “Hey, it’s been a while. Can we meet now?” At that point, the papa could reject you on the spot, disappear with another woman into the hotel he booked for you, and then stop responding altogether.
