The system itself doesn’t reveal it to the woman, but I think she’ll figure it out from the man’s suspicious behavior.

I’m curious about the fact that he’s in his 20s, though.
Women don’t know whom a man has made an offer to. But most of the time, the man himself lets it slip, and they can probably tell that he made an offer to another woman.

Unless the female members happen to be friends, they won’t find out. You should also be fine as long as you don’t happen to run into each other while out on dates.
The chances of either happening are pretty low, but not zero.
In short, there’s no way to tell through the system itself.
Although, I suppose someone might notice if the number of stars keeps increasing? But I don’t think any members are paying that much attention.
