I think it helps to consider whether refusing to kiss would put you at a disadvantage when dating a boyfriend.

Something that can satisfy a papa without kissing?
Unless you’re exceptionally beautiful or especially good down there, it would probably be difficult.
Having a woman say no makes him feel unfulfilled in terms of validation, and it can suddenly bring him back to reality during sex.
If it were me, I’d part ways with a woman who didn’t allow kissing and look for someone who did.
There are also women at sex-work establishments who don’t allow kissing.

I think not kissing puts you at a slight disadvantage.
I don’t have any particular desire to kiss, but even so, I feel more attached to women who kiss me while we’re having sex. As far as I’m concerned, kissing is fine in a relationship.
I’m mildly germ-conscious, so when I get kissed at a sex-service establishment, I can’t help thinking, “Is this the mouth that was sucking some random old guy’s dick less than an hour ago—and possibly even had him finish in it?” It makes me want to brush my teeth and wash my face immediately.
I imagine that women who feel that way are what create this “no-kissing world.” There probably aren’t many men who want to date women with that mindset, and the men who do are likely to pursue relationships much like sex work. So I feel women probably have a hard time having genuinely good experiences in these relationships, too.

If you’re doing papa-katsu, you have to kiss…
In the sex-work industry, the fact that kissing is off-limits is proof that you’re selling your body (providing a service), but not your heart. The men on the customer side also don’t want to kiss someone who’s doing that with just anyone, so both sides are on the same page.
Besides, true papa-katsu is being with someone you actually want to kiss (or have sex with)—or at least wouldn’t mind doing so. Don’t make your papa suffer.

I think very few papas (male supporters) would be okay with no kissing, so if you’re asking whether it’s an advantage or disadvantage, I’d say it’s a disadvantage.
I’ve never been to a sex-service establishment, so I wouldn’t know.
