Maezawa here. There is a survey after the date. It includes options for whether the other person may be asked to confirm it and whether the response may be made public. Depending on those choices, it may or may not be published, and it may or may not be shared with the person concerned. That said, you could tell the staff something like, “Please let me know if you receive any feedback addressed to me.” If the other person selected that they’re okay with being contacted for confirmation, I think we should be able to pass it on. That said, more people tend to write feedback when they have something negative to say, so you probably shouldn’t expect much positive feedback to come in.
