If it’s 3 or higher, I don’t really pay attention to it.
If it’s 1 or 2, I do take note.
When it comes to girls I like, I actually prefer them to receive offers from other people too, so I’ve always given the highest rating across the board.

I hardly pay any attention to it.
I can’t say for certain that no one deliberately gives low ratings to discourage offers from other people, but I believe the current system was introduced on the understanding that any such bias would remain within an acceptable range.
