I’m Maezawa from the President’s Office, and I’ll answer this as well. Due to this year’s internal departmental changes, the divisions are now called FS and CS, so I feel like the dedicated concierge system we used to have has disappeared too. Initially, I was told that FS would be in charge. If that system is still in place, then the FS team would be the assigned staff. Incidentally, although FS is technically in charge, CS handles the actual arrangements even for Black members, which makes things a little complicated. For men below Black, all communication is handled by CS staff. So there is technically someone in charge, but since CS handles the arrangements, perhaps it has become unclear who that person actually is. This system has changed internally several times, so I was hoping for an answer from someone working on the front lines, but none came... ＞＜ > It’s not like they’re going to share secret information beyond their authority. I used to write things in the Q&A box that I probably shouldn’t have, so a few years ago (and maybe even now), it seems the branches were saying things like: “That’s just Maezawa speaking on his own.” I assume they did that so they could deny what had been written or avoid doing what was mentioned. But it does make me wonder whether that’s really okay.

I’m Flag Maker, a column writer. After meeting with and discussing things with a staff member, I consider the person I met there to be my coordinator. I’ve been thinking it would be nice to have tea with my coordinator for the first time in a while. I’d like someone to listen to me vent.

I’m a male member—and, frankly, a loser. This will be my last post. I do have a staff representative, and I rely on them heavily, while trying not to put too much of a burden on them. If anything, I’m the one who provides information to the club. While respecting the women’s privacy, I give feedback after every date based on these three points: - How I won her over - The allowance - Her strengths and suggestions for increasing the number of offers she receives I even add my two cents: “Please at least upgrade her to Platinum. It’ll benefit the club, too.” After all, papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) depends on the women. I also mask the LINE exchanges from letter dates and submit text-based reports. It’s not exactly in return for that, but I figure the staff may introduce me to wonderful private women. The club employees are only human, after all. If you just keep asking them for information without giving anything back, well… I recommend that all female members provide regular feedback, too. If you work hard, you might get introduced to a generous (well-paying) papa (a male supporter)—or maybe you won’t. I may always act high and mighty, but behind the scenes, I’m sweating embarrassingly hard. Goodbye for a while. (^_^)/~~~

I’m Osaka, a male member. You can have consultations in person or by email with a concierge, I think. I’m not sure whether they’re exclusively assigned to you, but they’ll assist you as your point of contact. I registered and have been using the service on my own, but I had some questions, so I booked a consultation once. They answered all kinds of questions, which was very helpful. According to my representative, many members operate quietly. They apparently hesitate to contact members out of the blue, since it could be a nuisance, but if you reach out with a request, they’ll respond kindly and helpfully. You can learn a lot just by reading the questions here, but I only became an answerer after posting that I wanted to make friends. My representative supported me with that as well, so it’s been helpful in many ways. Since I went to the trouble of getting black membership, I might as well make use of it. Why not give it a try?

I’m Kazu, a male member. It seems some clubs assign you a dedicated staff member—or rather, a staff member in charge of you—while others don’t. There are a few staff members I talk to regularly, but I don’t have anyone assigned exclusively to me.
