I currently have the latest GLE, but it seems like it would be difficult for someone who isn’t a particularly confident driver to handle it alone.

I think an A- or B-class would be a good choice.
The car I’ve liked the most—and am glad I owned—is the SLK. Compared with Peugeot’s feline-like handling, its driving feels rather bland, predictable, and not much fun, but I think it’s perfect for women, just like the one Arisa Mizuki used to drive. It also gives you a great sense of exhilaration.
That said, these days I feel that a car with ProPILOT is probably the best option. If it has that, even a nimble kei car would be fine.
The ProPILOT-equipped car I recently bought for a woman is so exceptionally good that I’m tempted to trade in the European car I just bought for one with ProPILOT. The latest European safety features now seem rather uncool by comparison…

I’m still not a fan of the sound of diesel engines, so I’d rule out diesel.
As for the class, I think you should just choose whatever immediately appeals to you. Sometimes the interior will unexpectedly make you think, “This is the one.”

I don’t think he’ll necessarily buy you absolutely anything, so it might be best to mention something cute and reasonably priced.
But assuming he really will buy you anything:
I think SUVs are the trend worldwide right now.
(Maybe they’re popular because they’re easy to drive thanks to their high seating position, without being as cumbersome as an RV?)
Personally, I’d go for an SUV with an engine powerful enough to rival a sports car. And if it’s a Mercedes, then it has to be an AMG（笑).
My first choice would be the
AMG GLE63 S 4MATIC+.
Its 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine produces 612 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque. The “AMG 4MATIC+” all-wheel-drive system varies the torque distribution between the front and rear from 100:0 to 0:100 depending on driving conditions.
(I understand 0:100 to 50:50, but how can it go all the way to 100:0? Does it have two driveshafts? It shouldn’t. Or is it some kind of fictional torque distribution? The GR Yaris uses that kind of AWD system, though, so I’m not entirely sure.)
The amazing thing is that it maintains stability in the rain and snow while also providing good handling on dry roads—a type of AWD system that, in the old days, would have been considered very un-Japanese.
My second choice would be the
GLA45 S 4MATIC+.
The engine suddenly drops to 2.0 liters, but despite being only 2.0 liters, it produces an incredible 421 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. Normally, you’d expect to need something closer to 4.0 liters to get that kind of power.
I think either of these would be a great choice. What do you think?

I’m a male member who’s on the losing end.
Since it doesn’t say “papa,” it’s unclear who would be buying it for you, but let’s assume it’s an ideal supporter.
① A G-Class AMG — about a one-year wait for delivery
② An A-Class or B-Class — three months or less
With option ①, there’s a risk the relationship could end while you’re waiting for delivery, so wouldn’t it be safer to go with option ②?

If anything is fine, I’d go with the AMG E-Class. The S-Class is a bit large, so I feel like finding a place to park it could be a hassle.

The S-Class is the most expensive, but it’s a hassle to park in a garage.
You should probably choose based on either price or a size that’s easy to handle.
