I think they ask those rather probing questions to make it easier for male members to approach women.
But surely they don’t directly ask, “Are you good at licking?”
They probably start with questions like whether you enjoy sex and then steer the conversation from there.

This is just my guess, but I imagine they sometimes ask questions during interviews like, “Is there anything you’re particularly good at when it comes to sex?” When asked that, I think women tend to say they’re good at giving oral sex. Most men would probably compliment a woman if she eagerly went down on them, after all.
