Is Takita, one of the staff members, still on leave (parental leave, maybe)?

Thank you for your question. I’m Kida, the club’s representative, and I’ll answer. Takita is still on parental leave. She’s come to my house to say hello a few times. Teratsuji has returned from parental leave, and it really is heartwarming to have a longtime employee come back. Still, for her, the workplace must feel a bit like being Urashima Taro returning to the future. I imagine it would be tough if everyone placed huge expectations on her, too. I’d love to read Takita’s blog as well, but raising children is hard work. Since she used to be such a workaholic, let’s give her some time to prioritize enjoying her own life a little more.
