It’s true that if a man registered with Universe offers women work opportunities, he’d probably be warned or forcibly removed from the club.
But if he says it just happened to come up in conversation, there’s not much more they can do.
If multiple women report the same thing, they might consider taking action against him.
That said, I really don’t understand what’s so appealing about that whole arrangement...

If you’ve been offered a job, why not give it a try? If you realize it’s something unreasonable or inappropriate, you can leave immediately. There have been problems in the past with people being recruited for AV work, but no matter what they tell you, you have every right to run. The law is on your side. But if you give in and go along with it, what you lose won’t come back. You might be able to seek compensation, but even if you receive money, some things simply can’t be replaced. Keep that in mind as you look into various opportunities. It’s a kind of adventure.
By the way, I haven’t heard the phrase “accidental nipple slip” in ages. Aren’t you secretly a guy born in the Showa era? How do you even know a phrase like that? LOL

Are you the person who asked the question in the earlier chat?
I imagine people found your explanation confusing and all over the place, and your follow-up question even more incomprehensible—probably leading them to think you wouldn’t be able to handle an ordinary clerical job.
Can you at least take and transfer phone calls?
At the very least, doctors, lawyers, business owners, and the like would never seriously come to you for advice.
