I’ll answer based on that interpretation.
1. Regarding the personal information
The issue was that another member had written on their blog that the questioner had been banned.
After looking into it, it turned out the member didn’t mean it that way. They meant, “We’re about to enter an extremely difficult period—with Tokyo potentially going into lockdown, stock prices crashing, and compensated dating clubs becoming the least of our concerns—and yet people are casually arguing over trivial matters.”
The questioner took that to mean they were referring to the ban. Technically, it was a misunderstanding, but there were circumstances that made it easy to interpret it that way. I’ll explain those below.
2. Is W remorseful?
Yes, I seriously want staff member W to reflect on this.
For now, I’ve already chewed out all of W’s direct supervisors. It was completely ridiculous. I’m still irritated, so I’ll direct all this energy at W personally at a later date.
3. The ban was unacceptable
I vaguely remember having approved it—or rather, I seem to recall thinking, “It’s a good thing the senior only got banned from the Tokyo branch.”
So, I’m sorry, but the decision to ban you can’t be reversed.
The fact is, the staff at other branches were very fond of you, and this made me realize once again how capable those staff members are at handling situations.
So please, senior, don’t say you want to come back!
4. This post wasn’t technically phrased as a question and was mainly a statement, so it was difficult to display. However, we recognize that the circumstances leading up to it were caused by extremely poor and discourteous handling on our part.
The staff arbitrarily labeled you as “difficult to deal with,” failed to provide a proper explanation from a manager, stopped returning your calls, and continued ignoring your messages. You were left with no option but to write on the question board.
I haven’t heard the staff’s side in sufficient detail, so I can’t say for certain, but I suspect the club was overwhelmingly at fault.
When a member is in trouble, how can we operate so casually? We need to clearly say when something is wrong and acknowledge it.
5. On the question box, respondents often gang up to argue against the questioner. From my perspective, they usually provide support and maintain a good balance, but I understand that someone whose pride has been hurt may find it unforgivable.
I understand those feelings, but that’s generally the tone of the question box—questioners getting piled on—so please understand.

It’s only natural that I bow my head, and that the staff’s supervisors bow their heads as well. It’s not because we received money, but because there were shortcomings in our handling and management.
However, please stop picking fights with other members from now on.

The language is also, to put it mildly, intimidating, with phrases like “hostile action” and “settle this individually.” On top of that, I can’t relate to the poster’s intentions. Even if things went exactly as requested, would you really be satisfied?
It honestly seems like this was written solely to make someone eat their words and give yourself a sense of satisfaction. Let’s save that feeling for ejaculation, shall we?
