I’m Seattle, a male member. I had surgery for a mild case of phimosis when I was 19. It does leave a scar, but you’ll feel much cleaner afterward. It’s quick and simple, so I think you should do it.

I’m Paper Airplane, a male member. I don’t think you need to worry about it that much. If doing so would help you feel more confident, though, I think it’s perfectly fine to go ahead. As for women, I doubt you need to worry much about what’s going on down there, either. More than that, if someone is highly interested in alcohol, gambling, games, hobbies, and things like that, their interest in intimacy naturally tends to fade. On the other hand, some people are more fixated on intimacy than on their work. Everyone places importance on different things.

I’m a somewhat conflicted man in my 60s. Mine was closer to true phimosis than the retractable kind, so I had surgery in my 20s. Did it make me less sensitive? …Not that I remember. Scarring? …There’s still a slight mark where it was stitched. More importantly, the shape looked cleaner afterward, and I felt pretty confident about it. I also found the difference in color between the previously covered skin and the exposed skin interesting—and I seem to remember my girlfriend at the time liked it too. You should get the surgery soon!
