We sincerely apologize for the delayed response.

When we looked at the actual date rate for women in Dating Type A, it was not just under 10%—it was only 2.1%.
● Date rate by dating type
Period: July 1, 2018–September 30, 2018
A: 2.1%
B: 27.1%
C: 57.8%
D: 12.6%
E: 0.5%
We also compared the percentages of new female members in each dating type last year and this year:
● 2017 → 2018
A: 11.1% → 12.3%
B: 32.9% → 39.1%
C: 43.5% → 39.7%
D: 11.7% → 8.6%
E: 0.9% → 0.3%
(The details for Type E were changed partway through.)
As you pointed out, the percentages of Types C and D have decreased, while those of Types A and B have increased. This is likely a major reason why the offer rate has fallen below 50%.
One possible reason for the increase in Types A and B is that, compared with the past, dating clubs have become places where it is easier to register.
(This may be due to media coverage and the growing popularity of the term papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan).)
Perhaps the term “mistress” has become too weighty and outdated.
