Thank you for your question.
I’m Kida, the representative, and I’d like to answer as well.
That said, it’s been quite some time since I left the field, so much of my answer is based on speculation.
I once found this strange too, and asked a staff member about it. A woman had received some very negative feedback, but it hadn’t been added to her profile, so I asked why.
They replied on Skype:
“I’m very sorry. It was overlooked. We’ll be more careful going forward.”
But even after waiting two days, it still wasn’t reflected, so I quietly added it myself.
At the time, my interpretation was:
“I’m apparently much more disliked by the staff than I imagined.”
It’s a painful memory.
Still, the staff wouldn’t do something like that without a reason, so I do wonder whether there might be some explanation.
For example, the number of dates.
If one out of three dates goes badly, it’s easy to write, “We received feedback like this.” But if nine out of ten dates receive positive feedback and one is negative—or there’s a last-minute cancellation—then honestly recording it would make women with more dates look increasingly bad.
They can’t write, “A-ko received positive feedback on nine dates, but had one last-minute cancellation.”
So these days, I interpret it as the staff naturally choosing not to write such things in order to maintain a balance, given that background.
However, if they fail to add negative feedback solely because she’s a top-earning woman who receives a lot of offers, in order to increase sales, then I honestly think that branch should be shut down immediately.
And if the Universe Group is lowering the reputation of this industry, then I think the entire group should be shut down as well.
I hope I can become someone—or help staff become people—who can understand the pain of both male and female members as if it were their own. For now, though, I’m only wishing for it.

It’s Saito here♪—a male member and columnist.
A woman with a reputation for being difficult was featured as a visual pick. When I checked with the staff, they said she had changed completely from before and had become a truly lovely woman.
So I made an offer and met her. She told lies that anyone could see through, acted completely insincerely, and suddenly got her period the moment she received the money. It felt like spending time with a hostess from some seedy little bar.
It’s not just male and female members who get deceived. I sometimes feel that even the staff get fooled.
A woman who looks good can easily pretend to have a certain personality for just an hour.
They’re frightening creatures. LOL
