I’m Mamiya En, and I personally read through all the feedback from Tokyo, so I’ll answer this.
We don’t immediately pass along complaints or negative feedback from female members after their first date to the male member.
As for the survey form, the following responses are overwhelmingly more common than feedback that can be publicly shared:
■Permission to publish: Do not agree
■If there is a problem, may we confirm the facts with the other person?: No
■Permission to publish under “What Our Customers Say”: Do not agree
■If there is a problem, may we confirm the facts with the other person?: No
If you’re thinking, “I really want to tell the man about this,” or “I want to confirm whether this is true,” we’ll first check with the woman and pass it along if she’s okay with that.
If we notice things like, “We’ve been receiving a lot of complaints from women about this,” or “The men seem to be misunderstanding something,” we do our best to share that information through our blog and columns.
Ideally, in the future, men would be able to check for themselves whether they’re considered a good member or a member who requires caution due to complaints. But if that were possible, there’d be no need for staff like us.
I completely understand the desire to know how a woman felt after the date.
If you want to hear the harsh reality too, feel free to contact me privately♪
