I decide based on how rewarding a woman is to support—with the understanding that she’ll be my mistress, of course.

I’m a man in my 60s who’s still trying to figure things out.
I’m still going strong, so I do make offers for an ongoing intimate relationship… haha.
That said, perhaps because I don’t have a daughter of my own, there are also women I’ve continued going on dates with in more of a father-daughter kind of way after we started seeing each other. I haven’t forgotten about “someday,” though…

I’m not that desperate for someone just to talk to…
I’m not having that much trouble… haha.

I’m a male member, Basil.
Ideally, I’d like someone who combines the qualities of a daughter, a girlfriend, and a friend with benefits in just the right balance. The proportions change depending on my mood when I make an offer.
As we continue seeing each other, my feelings change too. Even if the friend-with-benefits aspect is more prominent at first, I may eventually come to value the daughter-like side more.
It would be ideal if my partner could adjust accordingly, but I can’t expect her character to change just to suit my needs.
Is this what it means to get bored with someone?

I think it largely depends on the male member’s age and values. Some much older male members may make offers looking for someone who can be a good conversational partner or whom they can relate to like a daughter.
In my case, I’m in my 40s and still quite active, so to put it in the questioner’s terms, I see her as a mistress-like companion from the outset.
