I’m a woman living in a rural prefecture without a club branch. Can I still register?

I’m Saito, a column writer and active member♪ I’m a male member at a regional branch, and I met a woman from a neighboring prefecture that doesn’t have a branch. We’ve been seeing each other ever since. (I assume she registered at the nearest regional branch.) Unlike meeting in Tokyo, we can talk about local topics, so we never run out of things to discuss, and we naturally see each other more often. On a beautiful day, it’s incredibly relaxing just to sit and gaze at the scenery from a private open-air bath rented for the day. Being able to enjoy experiences like that in a short amount of time is one of the great things about living outside the big cities. That said, she told me that she receives more offers from men who regularly come on business trips than from men who live locally. Nothing can start unless you register, so go ahead and enjoy all kinds of new experiences♪
