I’m Joe, a column writer. I feel like I understand exactly how you feel. I’ve only been a member for about two years, so I may be less experienced than you are. Even so, I wanted to share my thoughts. I’ve had periods when I thought, “They’re all the same.” I feel like I’ll probably keep going through that cycle. And yet I remain a member, which honestly makes even me shake my head a little. But I can’t quit. Every now and then, I meet someone I’m incredibly compatible with. That’s where I am right now. If that’s the case, I could quit—or at the very least, stop making offers to other women. I know that, but I still can’t stop. I suppose that’s the frightening part of dating clubs.
